Although SMBs have demonstrated willingness to pay for the right mix of service capabilities to run and grow their businesses more effectively, SMBs are a very diverse groupand convergence has created an almost endless varietyof services and feature combinations that can be offered. Hassane Bouhia is the Group Manager of Product Management and Development for Customer Premise Equipment of Verizon Telecom Marketing. In his current role, Mr. Bouhia is responsible for Verizon broadband CPE portfolio for both consumer and small business. The CPE suite include FiOS and High Speed Internet. Prior to his current role, he was a member of the Verizon IT organization. Mr. Bouhia received his BS in Decision Sciences and MIS from George Mason University, and he is currently completing his MBA program from Johns Hopkins University.

 

Charlie Kawwas is the vice president of Marketing for Networking Components Group of LSI Corporation. LSI is a leading provider of innovative silicon, systems and software technologies that enable products which seamlessly bring people, information and digital content together. Prior to his current role, Dr. Kawwas was the Senior Director for Enteprise and Service Provider Marketing at LSI. Before coming to LSI, he was the Leader of Product Line Management for Optical Multi-service Edge portfolio at Nortel Networks. Dr. Kawwas received his BS in Computer Engineering, MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.
